Thai Chicken Cashew Stir Fry with Jasmine Coconut Rice
A fantastic class for both beginners and those who are comfortable around the kitchen but want to learn more about traditional Thai culture, balancing flavours and improving their knife skills. We will make our own stir fry sauce, and learn the techniques of using high heat wok cookery to keep vegetables crispy so that you can make a quick and delicious meal at home any night of the week.
Your fee includes an exclusive 2 hour cooking class with Chef Pam Fanjoy, winner of Chopped Canada, tastes and samplings during the class plus a take home meal for two to enjoy. Cash bar available.

You will receive a Consent to Participate form with your order confirmation to sign and bring to your class.
Cancellation Policy: Please inform us of any cancellation at least 72 hours to receive a credit on future classes. Classes are transferrable and you can send someone else in your place. If there is a travel advisory due to inclement weather the day of the event, you may cancel the morning of and receive a credit to a future class. In case of illness, we will give you credit for a future class. All no shows will be charged 100% of the class price. We appreciate your understanding.
*In the case of cancellation by Fanjoy, a future credit for the full fee will be granted to attend any of our upcoming classes. Valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
