Butter Chicken
Enjoy the complexity of making an authentic butter chicken dinner from scratch, including making a masala mix and grinding the spices that made this Fanjoy’s most popular restaurant dish. Served up family style, you’ll meet new friends and dish this main course up with Naan and Matar Pulao, a popular rice side dish. The smells will be intoxicating.
Your fee includes an exclusive 2 hour cooking class with Chef Pam Fanjoy, winner of Chopped Canada, tastes and samplings during the class plus a take home meal for two to enjoy. Cash bar available.

Class size: maximum 12 participants. Minimum 4 participants required or class will be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled class.*

You will receive a Consent to Participate form with your order confirmation to sign and bring to your class.
Cancellation Policy: Please inform us of any cancellation at least 72 hours to receive a credit on future classes. Classes are transferrable and you can send someone else in your place. If there is a travel advisory due to inclement weather the day of the event, you may cancel the morning of and receive a credit to a future class. In case of illness, we will give you credit for a future class. All no shows will be charged 100% of the class price. We appreciate your understanding.
*In the case of cancellation by Fanjoy, a future credit for the full fee will be granted to attend any of our upcoming classes. Valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
