Risotto
A classic Italian dish that simply requires some technical skills to be learned which you will learn in this class. We will make a mushroom risotto (vegetarian if requested) and a seafood risotto so that you can enjoy a delicious Sunday Supper at home.
Your fee includes an exclusive 2 hour cooking class with Chef Pam Fanjoy, winner of Chopped Canada, tastes and samplings during the class plus a take home meal for two to enjoy. Cash bar available.

Class size: maximum 12 participants. Minimum 4 participants required or class will be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled class.*

Please note, this class is not held in a gluten and nut free facility.
You will receive a Consent to Participate form with your order confirmation to sign and bring to your class.
Cancellation Policy: Please inform us of any cancellation at least 72 hours to receive a credit on future classes. Classes are transferrable and you can send someone else in your place. If there is a travel advisory due to inclement weather the day of the event, you may cancel the morning of and receive a credit to a future class. In case of illness, we will give you credit for a future class. All no shows will be charged 100% of the class price. We appreciate your understanding.
*In the case of cancellation by Fanjoy, a future credit for the full fee will be granted to attend any of our upcoming classes. Valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
