REQUIREMENTS: All Junior Chefs are required to purchase a uniform which includes your t-shirt, hat & wooden spoon for $69.00 + HST.

- 4 x 2 hour weekly classes on Saturdays 12:00pm - 2:00pm at 10 Carden Shared Space in Guelph
- Two portions of what you’ve cooked up will be taken home each week to share with your family (value $30 x 8 weeks = $240 + HST).
Our Saturday Fanjoy Culinary Fundamentals cooking class will focus on learning the fundamentals of knife skills, using heat to create flavour, wet & dry cooking techniques, basic sauce making and how to use what is at hand in the kitchen to reduce food waste. Teens will build their confidence, make new friends and experience how food can bring us together for more connection. Menus will focus on using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients and developing the skill of cooking without needing to even have a recipe. All youth will need to purchase a Junior Chef Kit
