Thai Chicken Cashew Stir Fry with Jasmine Coconut Rice
A fantastic class for both beginners and those who are comfortable around the kitchen but want to learn more about traditional Thai culture, balancing flavours and improving their knife skills. We will make our own stir fry sauce, and learn the techniques of using high heat wok cookery to keep vegetables crispy so that you can make a quick and delicious meal at home any night of the week.
Your fee includes an exclusive 2 hour cooking class with Chef Pam Fanjoy, winner of Chopped Canada, tastes and samplings during the class plus a take home meal to enjoy.

Class size: maximum 12 participants. Minimum 4 participants required or class will be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled class.*
