Celebrate Father's Day Weekend with Pulled Pork Shoulder

Pulled Pork shoulder will have been on the BBQ since early morning so you can enjoy it for dinner after learning 3 different rubs to use for pulled pork.  Learning about the ancient way of cooking over live fire to give you the southern BBQ flavour and several serving options that will wow your guests at your next backyard summer party! Guests will learn to make a southern BBQ sauce, coleslaw, hearty man’s pasta salad and BBQ Roasted Rosemary Garlic Potatoes. 

Cost: $98 per person + HST. Includes a 2 hour hands on cooking class plus one meal to take home.  Additional meals can be purchased for $22 + HST per person and must be ordered online at the time of class booking.

Class size: maximum 8 participants. Minimum 4 participants required or class will be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled class.*
