A unique, interactive, three-hour culinary experience hosted by Chopped Canada Champion, Chef Pam Fanjoy at our new Hillsburgh Culinary Studio, for those who wish to come as a single guest, as a couple or with some friends.

Enjoy a casual reception as you arrive and mingle while getting to know one another, and find your spot at a culinary station. Come ready to learn some new tricks in the kitchen during this hour and a half, hands on cooking class, where we will cook up a three course meal together. Then, it is time to indulge in a delicious meal served family style so you can enjoy what you have prepared as a team. 

Julia Child was in her 50’s when she started to learn how to cook and tonight Chef Pam will teach you how to make her classic Beef Bourguignon recipe, served up with buttered egg noodles.  This dish freezes beautifully and can be made in large quantities to also make busy weeknight dinners easy peasy!  It’s sure to become one of your winter favourite go–to meals.  

Cost: $150 + HST per person
Date: Tuesday, October 10 from 6–9 p.m.
Class size: maximum 12 participants. Minimum 8 participants required or event will be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled Supper Club.*
Location: Fanjoy Culinary Studio, 100 Trafalgar Road, Hillsburgh

Wine, local craft beers and a select bar list are available during the evening for an additional fee during this event.

Dairy Free options will be available if we are notified ahead of food allergies. Some Gluten Free options can be accommodated but we are NOT a Gluten Free facility. 

If you would like to book a private group of 8-12 guests on a select date not listed, please contact us directly to arrange this and you can select any of our current menus that are in season.

Supper Club is a fundraiser for Cooking Up Change. For each Supper Club meal purchased we will gift a cooking class to a youth in need.

*Refund Policy:
Tickets are transferable if you can not attend or you may get a credit for a future class or event.  No cash refunds will be issued due to the limited availability of these seats and nature of our venue rentals.  

During the winter months, dates may be rescheduled if weather is poor. If a supper club  is cancelled by Fanjoy, a credit will be issued for the full amount paid to attend the same type of culinary program in future.  Alternatively, you may donate the full fee to our Youth Bursary Fund, use this credit on our online store, or for future in person or ZOOM cooking classes.
